Expectations for Organization/Church Hosting an Equip Conference:

  • Crosspointe Ministries will cover all the costs. Our hope and expectation from a host church or organization is the woman and man-power to pull the event off in a way that welcomes God’s presence. Together, let’s keep it as simple as possible!

  • Yes! Crosspointe Ministry will cover all costs for the travel, lodging, registrations, honorariums, materials, and food, with a few exceptions listed below.

  • Crosspointe will provide the Workbook and bag with a pen.

  • Crosspointe will repay the host for food items listed below, based upon the receipts the Host supplies, up to $25 per person for those who register for both days and Saturday only participants. $10 for Friday night only participants. (Should that cost be higher, the hosting church/organization will fund the difference). The $25 is expected to include:

    • Light dessert, coffee, tea, cold beverages (drink dispensers for water, iced tea, and lemonade work great!) for Friday night.

    • Snacks, coffee, tea, and cold drinks throughout Saturday Day.

    • Boxed lunch (Crosspointe can order these if that is helpful).

    • Should the host church decide to add a dinner and/or breakfast, that is not our expectation. However, Crosspointe will cover those costs up to $25. Anything above the church must fund the difference over $23.

  • The cost of registration will be $64 + processing fee for the two-day conference.

  • $44 + processing fee for Saturday only

  • $24 + processing fee for Friday night only

  • All registrations will be handled through the SueBoldt.com website.

  • As for registration scholarships, we have found it best if a person in need pays at least the $24 + processing fee. They need to make a personal investment. We want to work with you about scholarships. Every venue and situation is different.

  • The registration deadline is the Sunday before the conference. If women register after the deadline, they must pay for the registration listed and be made aware that there may not be supplies for them.

  • Hosts will provide all tables and chairs, all serving utensils, coffee makers, etc., and decorations if desired. Keep it simple!

  • Hosts will provide assigned help for set-up, picking up lunches, and ensuring snacks and beverages are continually available.

  • For worship, we will work with you as every situation is different!

  • All insurance liability will be the host’s responsibility entirely.
