Morning Moment of Prayer... 

Dear Lord Jesus...on this Eve before we celebrate Your incomparable birth I still my heart and ponder the reason You left heaven’s glory to come...for me. You did it ALL for love. And though I am small, humble, frail, sometimes faithless, and always in need of more of You – You never deny me your presence, Your provision, and Your path when I choose You over my own foolishness of thinking I can do this life on my own. I pray now for my family members and friends who I will be seeing and celebrating with _________ (name each of them). I pray for genuine relationship, forgiveness, selflessness, and love beginning with me first. In the only Wonderful Name I pray, King Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus...Here I am, ready start this week in the fullness of the Holy Spirit. More of You, less of me. Pour through me, Lord, especially to my family ________ (name them individually). May this Christmas season be a time of healing and restoration wherever relationships have become strained or non-existent. I am asking for a miracle and In the Sovereign Name of Jesus, I pray heaven down into my family circle. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...In this wonder-filled, but hectic season, I will hide Your Word in my heart. Your Spirit in my soul is the eye of the hurricane and Your Word is my anchor that keeps me planted in the midst of Your peace and calm. Even when minutes are scarce, I will run to You and Your living, Spirit-breathed Word, and drink deeply. Ahhhh...yes, Lord! I am ready for this day. In the Glorious Name of Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...This Christmas season I am reminded that Your love never fails, never gives up, never runs out on me. Every moment of every day Your love is poured out upon me. Now, more than ever, I want to be a vessel of Your love to everyone around me, especially those I seem to struggle with in the depths of my heart. So, I pray for these folks now ______ (name them). I bless them and speak your salvation over their lives In the Name of the One and Only Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...Yikes! Christmas is coming! How patient, how kind, how gracious You are with all my foolishness around this time of year. Lists, lists, and more lists and all You ask of me is to come and abide with You. To let Your life flow through me to do impossible things in Your name and draw others into Your embrace. So today, Lord, I surrender all my to-do’s at home, at work, and/or school. You rule and You reign of my every moment. In Your Name Prince of Peace, Jesus, I pray. Amen!

I know the details of the next few days...and the rest of my life will fall into place when I give You preeminence. Dear Lord Jesus...at the start of this week I need Your help desperately! Please help me keep my thoughts captive to You in every moment, never giving place to worry, fear, or distraction. Holy Spirit pour through me to everyone I meet and I pray for grace in every situation I face, especially those difficult times with difficult people. Keep ushering me forward into greater freedom in You from my past offenses, hurts, and failures. I am Your child and may I walk in Your kingdom power today! In the Name of Wonderful Lord Jesus. Dear Heavenly Father...It is the start of a crazy-busy weekend as the days draw closer to celebrating Christmas. Father, please overwhelm with Holy Spirit love, power, thoughts, memory for all I have to do, and joy overflowing, no matter how many lines I stand in, slow internet, or crazy drivers I encounter! Dear Lord Jesus...What can I say? Every day during this Chrismas season I have been renewed by the power of Your abundant grace. This freely bestowed gift of Your favor is more than enough to enable me to face anything the world, my flesh, or the adversary throws my way. Dear Lord Jesus...During these final days of counting down to the celebration of Your birth, please help my heart to keep beating next to Yours. Please overwhelm me with the peace and power of the Holy Spirit as life gets frantic, hectic, crazy, stressful, and overwhelming. Dear Lord Jesus...Let me never forget the wonder of Your Name -- the wonder of WHO You are. This Christmas Season day, I pray to walk in the fullness of Your love and power. Please keep my eyes open for those around me who need prayer; no matter if I get to hold their hand and pray, or whisper Your Name over their lives without them even knowing. Dear Lord Jesus...I am so grateful nothing can separate me from Your love. The gates of hell cannot prevail against, it cannot ever be extinguished, and it is healing my life. Today I pray for these friends and loved ones who do not yet know Your love for themselves _______ (name them). Go after them in Your love, Lord Jesus and I break every lie that keeps them from the Truth. In the Name of the Beloved Savior, Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...I quiet my heart before Your throne of grace. A hush settles over my soul as I wait in Your presence. Truly, You are my hiding place and my refuge. Lord, I have friends and loved ones in my life battling cancer. You know them and You know their names, but I lift them before You, now ________ (name them) and in the Name of Jesus I declare healing to their bodies; every cancer cell dismantled. Holy Spirit, please keep me in prayer and battle mode for them today. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...I start this day fully resting upon the truth of Your Word and the "yes" of Your promises. I will not let hell and its lies try to deceive me today or deter me from walking in all that You have for me and in all who You say that I am. I will not live under the whimsy of my feelings or foolishness; what YOU say is ALL that matters. Let's rock this day, Lord! In the Name of the Prince of Life, Jesus. Amen!
