Good Friday Morning Prayer…
Dear Lord Jesus…Words fail me this morning as I enter into Your presence on this holy day. This day, when You willingly poured out Your life for me. When You suffered untold agony physically, yet even more, when Father’s face was turned from You and the Trinity was sundered apart because You were bearing the full weight of sinful humanity. I am forever in wonder and in debt to Your love beyond reason and knows no boundaries. Once again, I surrender my entire life to You. I am Yours. Yes, Lord. I stand in awe of You. In the Name that Knows No Bounds, King Jesus. Amen.
For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.
