Home from Israel!

Please forgive that I am sending a second post this morning, but I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who prayed, especially family and friends, for my safe return and for the women I was traveling with.

God answered your prayers. From times in bomb shelters, sheltering in place in Galilee, traveling with an armed guard into and through Egypt, then flying home from Cairo to London to Los Angeles yesterday.

I love the Middle East. All of it. Every nation. Every man, woman, and child. Grieving for it all. Praying for every man, woman, and child in the whole region. Praying in the Spirit because I don't always know what to pray.

And I am ever so thankful for the amazing women I was with. Bonded and marked together for life by this experience. For such a time as this. We worshipped ardently, interceded passionately, and we were lavishly blessed with God’s peace beyond understanding. That was the power of your prayers.

A huge shout-out to the Leadership of the Eagle's Wings organization and to the beyond wonderful Marion Ingegneri, who invited me to come. Little did anyone know what an adventure it would be!

This will take a little while to unpack before the Lord, but His felt presence throughout was profound. I praise Jesus for all He has done for me.

Dear Heavenly Father...I love You this morning...and always! How grateful I am to be held securely in Your hands when the world, finances, prices, life, weather, and people stuff are raging, damaging, and afflicting. You said it would be so, but You also said that in the power of Your Holy Spirit and living in Your presence and Word, I can live in the ‘shalom’ of Your blessing (Hebrew for health, wholeness, peace, fulfillment, and so much more!) in the midst of all the chaos. As I wait upon You and surrender all to the work of the Holy Spirit in my life, You are transforming more and more into the image of Your Son. Keep going! And it is in His Majestic Name, King Jesus, I seal this prayer. Amen!

Wait for and confidently expect the LORD;

Dear Lord Jesus...I worship and adore You, my Rock, my Strength, and My Fortress ______ (take time to offer your own words of praise). As another day begins with You, I can’t wait to see what adventures You have in store for me. From the ordinary to the extraordinary, I ask for Your Spirit’s help to keep renewing my mind, healing my body, and transforming my emotions to align with Yours. I want to live in Your Shalom (health, wholeness, wellness, goodness, prosperity of soul, and peace). May everything I do bring You glory as You hold this day in Your hands. Your Kingdom come, Lord! And in Your All-Sufficient Name, I pray, King Jesus. Amen!

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Dear Lord Jesus...As world events go up, down, and sideways, I am SO thankful that YOU are the ROCK and CORNERSTONE of my life! How grateful I am that when my eyes are fixed upon You, living in Your presence in the Holy Spirit’s power and standing firmly upon the authority of Your Word, I live on purpose in the abundance of Your plans for me. And...as my life can seem to go up, down, and sideways at times, You are always with me. The Holy Spirit’s supernatural gifts astound me (1 Cor. 12:7-10), and His fruit is transforming me from the inside out! (Gal. 5:22-25). Let’s get this day started in the power of Your Name, King Jesus. Amen!

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.

Dear Lord Jesus...Today, in the quiet of this moment, I behold Your beauty. I adore You, Lord God, and once again, I pour out my life before You so that I might be filled to overflowing with the Holy Spirit's love, power, discernment, compassion, and gifts. As I prepare my heart to worship You, I am reminded of all that You have done for me. In turn, I pray to bless, encourage, comfort, and pray for those in need around me. I pray again for events in the Middle East and Ukraine, for multiplied numbers of folks to turn to You. May they sense Your presence as I do now. In the Name of the Everlasting King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father…I am here in Your presence today. May I be solely Kingdom-minded even in the most hectic and frazzling situations that I may face. Your peace and calm are the eye of every storm. I am so grateful for the Holy Spirit’s gifts that lead me in your discernment as I battle-pray for those around me. I especially lift up loved ones facing difficult family situations _________ (name them). I pray, first and foremost, that each member involved will receive You as Lord and that their hearts will be turned to live in Your love toward one another. Please make me a vessel of Your grace toward them. In the Almighty Name of King Jesus. Amen!

Let everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the LORD!

Dear Heavenly Father...I know You are with me. The prayer requests I lift up to Your throne _______ (name your top three concerns) I leave COMPLETELY in Your almighty care. I call Your Kingdom come in each of these lives and/or circumstances, and I will not try to figure out how You will answer these requests. I cancel every work of the enemy in these situations and declare Jesus is LORD and in His Majestic Name, I pray. Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father...Today I know that I am cupped in the palm of Your Almighty hands and I worship You with a full and grateful heart. There is no one like You who holds my life so intimately and loves me still as You continually bring healing to my life. I pray to walk in Holy Spirit power today and may every encounter I have bring glory to Your name and and encouragement and restoration to any who cross my path. Open my eyes to see like You do. In the Name of the One Who Loves me Most, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…I turn my whole heart towards You before this day begins. I worship and adore You, Lord, and lift up my words of praise _________ (do so by listing some of His wonderful characteristics!). I pray today for all those facing war and instability around the world. I pray for rescue, safety, help, and comfort for those who are struggling, especially the very young, the elderly, and those who are unhoused. I also lift up those that I know that are facing challenging circumstances within my own circle of influence __________ (name them). I declare Your covering and healing touch for each of these situations, in Your Name Above All Names, King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...How amazing is Your peace beyond understanding. When anxious thoughts or a sense of worry might want to overtake me, I am so blessed to steal time with You in the power of the Holy Spirit. And as He leads me to press through distractions to be in Your presence, I am overwhelmed with Your calm. Indeed, You are the eye of every hurricane. Today, I want to lift up my loved ones, friends, and acquaintances that have been diagnosed with cancer _______ (take time to name them and carefully pray for each one). In Your Name, King Jesus, I rebuke every cancer cell in their bodies and ask for Your healing touch. What an honor to partner with You, Lord. Amen!

You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra,

Dear Heavenly Father… I lean into Your Word before I even attempt to begin my day. I pray for Holy Spirit revelation to illuminate what You are saying to me that I need to hear for this situation in my life _______ (name it). I ask for an even greater hunger to live in, by, and through Your Word alone. Only Your Word and the Name of Jesus has the authority to dismantle the enemy’s advances. Help me remember that I am already seated with you in heavenly places, and from that position, I wage war in prayer. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...With so much going on in the world, I am grateful that when I set my heart and mind on You, as I do this moment ______ (take time to do this by speaking words of praise and worship), I am kept in Your perfect peace through the Holy Spirit. You are my ally in every situation, and as I face this day, I know that You will guide my every step as I lean into Your still, small voice to my heart. I praise You that there is no confusion in Your presence, and I walk in the clarity of Your Word and love today. Let’s go! In Your Superlative Name, King Jesus. Amen!

Note: Today I am flying into the Middle East, Israel, to be precise. I would love your prayers during the next several days as I travel with several women, for safety, ministry, hearing from the Lord, and also praying for ALL of the Middle East to know the One True God. For such a time as this…

Dear Lord Jesus…I exalt You! Every morning when I start my day in adoration of You, well, the day turns out whole lot better. When I lean into the Holy Spirit, He directs me in Your word and in prayer for my loved ones, my community, and the nations. And Lord, I thank You for creating me! It has taken a long time and lots of Your healing touch to come to the place where I am thrilled with who You made me to be: Your very own Masterpiece. Dear Lord Jesus...I am so grateful for the beginning of this brand-new day. Thank you for all you have done for me as I take a minute to recount all your blessings in my life ________ (take the time to do this). Most of all, I will be forever thankful that You came for my rescue. Yes, indeed. Rescue from sin, self, stuff, and everything in between. You alone have set my feet on solid ground, and Your healing work in my thoughts and emotions continues as I feast upon Your Word and abide in Your felt presence. I am ready for this day and this week ahead! I Your Name Above All Others, I pray, King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...Lead my day! I come humbly into Your presence, excited and energized by the Holy Spirit for this brand-new day. I recognize all my faults and failings, but I am clothed in Your spiritual armor, and I trust Your continued work in my life. Because You have done so much for me, today, I battle-pray for these folks that are struggling emotionally ________ (take time to name them and what you sense they are going through). I pray to be an encourager and a light to their lives. Please help me to know when to speak and when not to speak to them. I surrender all! In Your Majestic Name, I pray, King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…Today, I find my peace in Your felt presence. Thank You that I never have to fear anything. I am held tightly in Your hands, and I rest secure in the power of Your Word. Today, I pray for Holy Spirit empowerment to be a light of joy and grace to everyone I meet. Please help me to pray boldly for those who need Your healing touch physically, emotionally, and mentally. Dear Lord Jesus…What a relief to my thoughts and heart that You know best! You have a vantage point regarding my life and that of every one of us almost eight billion people on this spinning globe, that I simply don’t have. When I look to You, listen to Your voice, Your Word, and then follow Your leading, I have never failed to be in the right place at the right time for both the small and huge things in my life. Dear Lord Jesus…Here we are again! The start of a brand-new day. In this moment of quiet, I pour out my life before You. Please empty me completely of my selfishness, self-absorption, and any and everything that keeps me from the fullness of Holy Spirit power, joy, and most of all, Your limitless love. I pray that Your Word inside of me will continue to speak to me throughout the day, and may I not only be refreshed and revived but bring that same refreshment to many. Dear Lord Jesus...As this day begins, I ask that Your Holy Spirit direct my every step as I walk the path You have laid out for me. What a blessing to know that I am never alone and that You, Lord of the Universe, Who knows the beginning from the end, lead me. I pray especially regarding these open doors before me ________ (surrender any upcoming decisions for His will and purposes). I know that I will be directed by Your still small voice (that created the heavens and the earth) and Your peace in my spirit. I walk forward unafraid! Dear Lord Jesus...In the midst of this crazy, messed-up world, You provide the peace that passes all understanding. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, You calm my every fear or anxiety so that they literally have no place in my life. I am so grateful for the still waters of this moment in Your very presence, and as my day stretches out ahead of me, I lean fully into Your embrace. Thank You for everything.
