Dear Lord Jesus… I need Your help! Father, I will not make it through this day unless I have Your divine intervention. No matter if I face circumstances large or small; people who are kind or just plain not nice; or anything the adversary tries to entangle me in, I need You! So, this moment, I pour out all of my plans for Yours. I lay down any selfishness and pride and clothe myself in Your agape love. May I be a vessel for the Holy Spirit to work through. I am SO ready. In the Superlative Name of King Jesus. Amen!

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned,

Dear Lord Jesus...I am grateful that fear no longer has any place in my life because I am secure in Your Word, that as Your beloved child, I am held safely in Your hands. I recognize that my battles are not with people, but with the enemy who was defeated at the Cross (Eph. 6:10-13), and that no weapon formed against me by the adversary can prosper, no matter what my current circumstances might be. This truth does not cause me to feel entitled, deserving, or presumptuous, but as I surrender fully to Your plans and not my own, this powerful promise is realized. I am ready to face this day! In the Name of My Defender, King Jesus, I pray. Amen!

But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord.

Dear Lord Jesus...With the start of the new year and turmoil and tragedy around the world, I intentionally put my trust in You. I will intentionally order my thoughts upon Your Word and power. I ask for Holy Spirit overflow through my life to pour out a blessing to everyone I encounter today. I especially lift up and pray Your Kingdom come in these situations across the globe _______ (pray ardently and specifically as the Spirit leads you). In Your Matchless Name, I speak and pray. Amen!

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Dear Heavenly Father...I worship and adore You! You alone are my Rock, Fortress, and Deliverer. Your Word alone is truth and as I navigate this noisy world, I’ve come to realize that You are the quiet and calm in every storm. Through personal circumstances or worldwide events, You alone reign, and because of the Holy Spirit’s overwhelming presence in my life, I face this day with overwhelming joy, over-the-top fulfillment, and clarity in my purpose. I pray Your Kingdom come today, Your rule alone in these situations ______ (take time to name them). I speak Your Name Lord Jesus over each of them! Amen.

At the start of this new day and this new year, I put my trust completely in You. During this past year, it’s been evident that when I completely take my hands off controlling my circumstances, trying to manipulate people (or You!), or thinking I know what is best for my life, I have completely missed the mark. Yet, every single time I surrender my life each day to Your Lordship, I so clearly sense Your presence as You lead me and unfold events before me. What rest my soul has found in You. I yield to You again now, especially for these circumstances _______ (take time to name them and completely surrender them). In Your Name Above All Names, King Jesus. Amen!

O taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good!
Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who trusts and takes refuge in Him.

Dear Lord Jesus...How grateful I am that you came for me! As families gather all around the globe to celebrate your birth, I pray that Your felt presence through the Holy Spirit will touch many hungry hearts. Please tell them that there is more to this life than just facing another day, trying to survive, or securing their future. I pray, especially for those in war-torn areas on both sides of every conflict, that multitudes will come to you by simply asking. I pray for peace. And, once again, I can’t thank You enough for everything, yes, everything You have done for me. Such healing emotionally, mentally, and physically, and such provision for my every longing and need. Happy Birthday Lord Jesus! I love You. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…In the crazy and joyful, rough moments and rich minutes of this season celebrating Your birth, I pray to be a beacon of Your light in the midst of this oh so weary world. I pray for Holy Spirit help to prioritize my duties at work, home, church, neighborhood, mall, or wherever I find myself. Please help me to let go of things that don’t matter and focus on what is eternal. Today, I pray to a conduit of Your blessing to everyone I meet. In the Wonderful Name of Jesus. Amen!

That you may walk (live and conduct yourselves) in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him and desiring to please Him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work and steadily growing and increasing in and by the knowledge of God [with fuller, deeper, and clearer insight, acquaintance, and recognition].

Dear Lord Jesus…I am so grateful that You came! Your rescue mission to save us has brought me such joy, peace, and purpose. You have changed my world from upside down to right side up. Everything about Your Holy Spirit living in me has been so freeing and delivering. I ask you to please continue Your deep dive into my thoughts and emotions to bring continued wholeness and healing that I can turn around and extend to others during this final week leading up to celebrating Your birth. I am Yours! In the Name of the One and Only, King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus... I am so grateful for You today. I am so thankful that I never have to do life alone because You are always with me. Your forgiveness and grace cover my mess-ups, and Your righteousness secures my position in You. I am humbled by all that You have done in, through, and for me. As so many struggle today, cause me to hear the Holy Spirit's heart to intercede for others. As I wait quietly upon You, please place folk's names on my heart to pray for through the day (do this now). I go forward in the power of Your Name, Living Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…I quiet my heart before You in the stillness of this moment. I know that I am in Your presence, Almighty God. And in this quiet time, I am completely reminded that nothing is too difficult for You. Nothing is impossible. So instead of bringing You my laundry list of prayer requests, I choose to remain quiet before You and let Your Holy Spirit breathe His life into me. I open Your Word with joy and I know that You hold me in Your hand and that all my concerns are already taken care of because You are my God. In the Most Beautiful Name in the World, King Jesus. Dear Heavenly Father…Today I lift up before Your throne those folks who are struggling around the world due to weather conditions, war, or injustice. In particular, I name these people and situations that I am aware of and that are upon my heart ________ (name them). You are the God of the impossible! Time and again, You have done wonderful and impossible things for me, and I can’t worship You enough, especially during this season celebrating Your birth. Lord, I believe for the impossible and rest my trust fully upon Your love and Word today. In Your Superlative Name, King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...I start this day by laying my life before Your throne. I only want Your rule, Your plans, and Your agenda as I exchange my stuff for Your grandeur. I pray that Your Holy Spirit will transform the mundane into something glorious; the ordinary will be exchanged for Your extraordinary, and my routines will be generated into Your pathways for reaching others with Your love. Open my eyes to see what You are doing all around me. I am so ready! In Your Name, King Jesus. Amen!

Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Dear Lord Jesus…All through this hectic season, I choose to slow my pace and wait upon You. Every time I quiet my heart, Your Holy Spirit satiates my every longing and need with Your revealed and felt presence. In You are joy, hope, love, and the assured peace that comes from nowhere else but from You. I pray today that I will be a blessing to someone. May I see the opportunities to pray healing, encouragement, and salvation for someone today. I make myself available. In the Name Above All Names, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father…Before this crazy day begins during this wonderful, but ever so scheduled season, I bow my heart in Your presence (take time to do this…). I am here, Lord. And, I am here for You alone. I surrender afresh every one of my cares and concerns ________ (name them slowly) and I give them to You. I know You are already at work in each of these circumstances and people. I choose to get out of Your way and what You are doing in these things. Here is my heart, Lord, I choose to live in Your love. In the Wonderful Name of Jesus. Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father…As the days seem to move so quickly by this Christmas season, I take this time to quiet my heart in Your presence ____ (do this). When I am still before You, and I direct my every thought to think only of You, Your peace and power in the Holy Spirit rise up within me and bring calm to my emotions and my thinking patterns. I am not worried by current events, because I am fixing my hope in You alone and the power of Your love and Word to walk me through any current obstacles or even the latest news report. I am so grateful for Your peace, and in Your Mighty Name, King Jesus, I pray. Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father… At the start of this day, I can already feel the busyness of the season. I can tell that the pace of the holidays is picking up for everyone. In the midst of the crazy, I choose to stay anchored in the Holy Spirit. I will only do these things that He directs me to do, and the have-tos at work and home, well, I know He will guide me all the way, and all I need to do is prioritize my schedule with time alone with You at the top of my list. I am Yours, Lord, and may everything I say and do today bring You glory. In the All-Powerful name of King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…You reign over this Christmas season celebrating Your birth. Before I start any activity today, I simply desire to be grounded and centered on You. I pray for Holy Spirit grace to guard my emotions and the strength of Your Word to hold my every thought captive to You. So, when impatience wants to needle its way into my soul, I will remain in Your felt joy instead. Or, if any thought that doesn’t glorify You comes knocking, I will cast it at Your feet and let Your Spirit prevail. I am Yours! In Your Name, Lord Jesus. Amen!

These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.
