Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus...With all that is going on in the world, from crazy climate, war, hunger, famine, and violence, Your peace still overflows my being as I wait on You in these few moments _______ (take time to be still). How grateful I am that Your eye is on me! That you even know my name and the number of hairs (or lack thereof!) on my head is such a wonder and causes me to fall even more in love with You. Today, I surrender these aspects of my life that would distract me with worry or care ________ (name these concerns). I know You hold each of these! In Your Name that is Supreme Over All, King Jesus. Amen.

Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father's will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus...I look to You and You alone today. I thank You for Your felt presence through the Holy Spirit Who is strengthening me as I quiet my heart and mind before You _______ (take time to do this!). I am so grateful for this summer season to be restored and refreshed by You and Your Word. Please help me take every advantage to be filled and fed from what You have spoken and may I hear You clearly as You highlight those passages that are meant just for me currently (those powerful “rhema” words the Holy Spirit provides to each of us). I am so ready for this brand-new day, all because of You! In Your Name Above All Names, King Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Heavenly Father...This morning, as I celebrate July 4th in my home nation, I recognize as I read Your Word that You are calling on myself and Your church to repent (change the way we think) and turn from our wicked ways. You have required that of me and all who love You. You are not asking in this passage anyone else to repent, but You have spoken to believers. Please forgive us, Lord, of our anger, fear, impatience, hostility, intolerance, and injustice when we have turned from Your unconditional love, as demonstrated on the cross, for ALL people. May humility, kindness, and generosity reach many for Your kingdom—the only kingdom that matters. In the Name of the One Who Alone Rules and Reigns, King Jesus. Amen!

...if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

Morning Moment of Prayer…  

Dear Lord Jesus… It is the beginning of another day, and I am ready. I am so grateful for the Holy Spirit’s refreshing waters that are overflowing my days, even as the world learns to navigate in a new way. You are greater than any situation and circumstance, and when I choose to make You Lord of all I currently face, there is no losing ground. I ask for the Holy Spirit’s help to walk worthy of Your love today, and please burden my heart for those people and situations that need battle prayer. Yes, I am ready. In the Name of the Alpha and Omega, King Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer.

Dear Lord Jesus....I lean hard into Your embrace. I commit every care and concern ___________ (name them) into Your Almighty, capable hands. I pray today for the situation in Israel. Oh, God. I pray Your kingdom rule in this moment. I also ask for many to come to salvation in Jesus on both sides. Only You can do this. I quiet my heart to hear Your voice for each of these daunting circumstances. I declare the Name of Jesus over the Middle East and every situation I have named. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus...I am so grateful for the beginning of this brand-new day. Thank you for all you have done for me as I take a minute to recount all your blessings in my life ________ (take the time to do this). Most of all, I will be forever thankful that You came for my rescue. Yes, indeed. Rescue from sin, self, stuff, and everything in between. You alone have set my feet on solid ground, and Your healing work in my thoughts and emotions continues as I feast upon Your Word and abide in Your felt presence. I am ready for this day and this week ahead! I Your Name Above All Others, I pray, King Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…Please start my day! I don’t want to begin anything, whether it is work, home, school, meeting folks, or any duties before me, without You. I ask for Your covering and Your leading by the Holy Spirit within me. I pray to bring Your kingdom everywhere I go, and may it be extended to everyone I meet. I choose to live unoffended today, and instead live full of Your presence. I choose not to be critical, judgmental, or irritated…a tall order indeed, but I surrender my will for Yours completely. In the Name Above All Names, King Jesus. Amen!

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.

Dear Lord Jesus…What a relief to my thoughts and heart that You know best! You have a vantage point regarding my life and that of every one of us almost eight billion people on this spinning globe, that I simply don’t have. When I look to You, listen to Your voice, Your Word, and then follow Your leading, I have never failed to be in the right place at the right time for both the small and huge things in my life. I am all in. Your will, Your way. Once again, I surrender this day to You completely. In Your Magnificent Name, I seal this prayer, King Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Heavenly Father...It’s summertime with all its crazy weather, activities, and hopeful vacations, I find my ultimate rest in You. I am so grateful that the condition of my soul truly is love, peace, and joy because I no longer desire to live in selfishness. Keep working on me and through in the power of the Holy Spirit. I pray these next few days and weeks are filled with Your plans and that as I am learning to walk in Your patience and without offense, I can continue to love others with Your pure love. I am ready for this beautiful day in You. In the Name of the Prince of Peace, King Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…I find such rest in You and Your Word. When You say that You will do all the heavy (and light!) lifting in my life if I simply let go of my cares and trust You, You have never failed to come through! How many times have I gotten in Your way, delayed Your plans, or disrupted them altogether, simply because I think I know what is best? Far too many times. Today and every day, I choose You. I lay my burdens down, trust you to open and close doors, and give me discernment in every situation. I am ready! In Your Name, Which is Filled with All Grace, King Jesus. Amen!

Our soul has escaped as a bird from the snare of the fowlers;

Dear Heavenly Father…I am so grateful to start this day arising from Your warm embrace. As each day brings difficult news from around the world, I once again set the focus of my heart and thoughts upon You. You alone are my rock and fortress and no matter what takes place, You will not leave me alone. I will walk in Your inheritance that You have given me in the power of the Holy Spirit. I am ready! Dear Lord Jesus...You are my everything. You are the beginning, the end, and everything in between in my life. As I wait in the stillness of Your presence, I can feel Your peace and joy filling my heart. Past wounds and hurts are wiped away, and you demolish the enemy’s lies in my life, and You extend to me Your healing touch. There is no one like You, Lord, and I surrender all my life to You in this quiet moment. Your will, not mine! In the Wonder-Full Name of Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...On this special Father's Day, I acknowledge that You are my Abba Daddy, and I am Your beloved child. I cannot even begin to comprehend Your love for me, but it overwhelms my soul and fills me with a joy and confidence that the world can't understand but needs so desperately to know. I pray today for fathers everywhere to be strengthened within by the power of the Holy Spirit to go the distance for the kids and marriages. I pray especially for these dads that I love and know ________ (name them). In Your Mighty Name, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...How tightly You hold me with Your righteous right hand! What comfort, strength, and joy I have knowing that Your heart and mind are always upon me and that You love me anyway! Today, I ask to be a beacon of light to everyone I meet. Because You hold me, I am so secure, which releases me from every temptation to worry or give place to anxiety. Dear Lord Jesus...I sense your presence in my deepest waters and in the midst of Your greatest triumphs in my life. I am beginning to understand how Paul could say, it didn't matter what was going on in my life -- You are greater still. I love all that You are speaking to me and Your Holy Spirit’s working in me. Yes, Lord! Sometimes You make things uncomfortable to remind me to keep my heart and mind on You! I am all Yours and as this day begins, may I brag about You to everyone I encounter. In the Name of the Good Shepherd, King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…It is the start of another day, and I place my full attention upon You. I pray for Holy Spirit discernment as I battle in prayer for those in my circle of influence who are struggling today in their lives _________ (name three of them and their situations). Please let me know if there is any way I can help or bring encouragement to them without inserting my opinion about their situation! May I be sensitive to all You are up to today around me. I seal this prayer in Your Name Above All Names, King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…What a wonder it is to me that You know my name? Me!! Sinful, selfish, often misguided…me! How grateful I am that You pursue me with Your goodness and grace and that You love me too much to let me continue living in the hurts of the past or lies I have believed about myself. You alone are the door to freedom, and I invite You today (and for the rest of my life) to dive deep into my soul, routing enemy strongholds and leading my heart and mind to healing. Please rule and reign in me today. In Your Magnificent Name, I pray, King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…I worship You in this moment! I love and adore You and I can’t thank You enough for calling my name and drawing me to Yourself. I pray in this hour when it seems like the world has come unhinged, that the Holy Spirit would speak into the lives of these loved ones who do not yet know You __________ (name three and take time to pray for them). You alone are LORD! And I am so grateful that Your peace, power, and joy are bubbling up inside of me as I wait in Your presence. May everything I say and do today bring You glory. Morning Moment of Prayer…  

Dear Heavenly Father…I come into Your presence with Your praise upon my lips! I pour out my life and plans for Yours. I pray that You will direct my every step, my every thought, and my every word. Today, I pray to be a conduit of Your lavish grace toward everyone I encounter. Please open my eyes to see those around me as You see them in all their potential, all the great things You have in store for them, and most of all, how much You love them (even when I think they are difficult!). I move forward in this day renewed in Your love for me! In the Majestic Name of Jesus. Amen!
