Morning Moment of Prayer… 

Dear Heavenly Father…As hate seems to be ruling the world (because You have told us in Your Word that the enemy of souls rules the world until Your return (1 John 4:19), I choose to counteract by walking in Your selfless love toward ALL people. So, I pray for a fresh overflow of Your Spirit within me to demonstrate Your love and power for every need I encounter. I pray to give of the resources You have given me. Lord, we need Your reviving touch in my nation _______ (name it). In Your Superlative Name, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father…I am so grateful to start this day arising from Your warm embrace. As each day brings difficult news from around the world, I once again set the focus of my heart and thoughts upon You. You alone are my rock and fortress and no matter what takes place, You will not leave me alone. I will walk in Your inheritance that You have given me in the power of the Holy Spirit. I am ready! Dear Lord Jesus…Here we are again! The start of a brand-new day. In this moment of quiet, I pour out my life before You. Please empty me completely of my selfishness, self-absorption, and any and everything that keeps me from the fullness of Holy Spirit power, joy, and most of all, Your limitless love. I pray that Your Word inside of me will continue to speak to me throughout the day and may I not only be refreshed and revived but bring that same refreshment to many. In the Wonder-Filled Name of Jesus, Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father...I pray to walk in Holy Spirit overflow today, everywhere I go – my home, workplace, marketplace, gas station, coffee store – please guide my every step. May every word I speak bring encouragement or healing. Deliver me from selfishness, self-seeking, and self-rule. I only want You! Dear Lord Jesus...At the start of this week, I am so in love with You. I am so grateful that You are the same today, yesterday, and forever as Your Word tells me. Your healing touch that is released to us through Your shed blood on the cross is as available today as it was when You walked the earth. Today I pray for my own physical healing ________ (if you have need, name it) and I pray for others who need physical healing __________ (name them) This day belongs to You! Dear Lord Jesus...From the start of this day, I pour my life out before Your throne. No matter what I put my hand to or where my feet are directed, please cause me to be in position to bring others to your love and light. I don’t even have to know that You are working through me! Just empty me completely to do Your will and that whatever I do, it brings You glory. I choose to walk in grace – not irritation, to walk in Spirit fulfillment – not frustration. What You say, goes! Dear Lord Jesus...Today I ask for Holy Spirit discernment about each thought that crosses my mind; not receiving those that hint of my own flesh, the way the world thinks, or even the suggestions of the enemy that bring nothing but confusion. I pray for continued healing in my thought-life and I bring captive every thought that is not from You! I choose to meditate on what is pure, holy, noble, good, uplifting, and faith-building. In Your Glorious Name I pray, Lord Jesus!

Dear Lord Jesus...There is no one like You. As I begin this day, I choose to rest in Your strength. Please help me to quickly recognize that when I get impatient or frustrated, it is a gauge that I am trying to do life in my own strength! I lay down my control of these areas of my life where I have a tendency not to trust You entirely______ (take the time to name them). Thank You for your grace and love in these matters and these people. I am ready to roll! In Your Gracious Name, I pray, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father...I start this day with Your praise on my lips and a declaration over my life of who You have made me to be. You are teaching me to walk as Your child through adversity small and great because You alone can level every mountain and raise up every valley. Dear Lord Jesus…Today, I worship and honor You. I am so grateful that You reign supreme over every work of the enemy. I am thankful that You shine Your light, even in the darkness of this world. Dear Lord Jesus… Whew! As time flies by and so much is taking place worldwide, my heart and mind find peace in Your presence. I can’t thank You enough for the living waters of the Holy Spirit that I sense within me that encourage, strengthen, and uphold me. I am grateful that You always have time for me, and Your call and purpose upon my life reignite the flame of the gospel each time I wake up in the morning. Dear Heavenly Father...It is the end of the week, and I am thirsty! You have walked with me every step of the way and in every encounter. You have been with me and seen my hits and my misses, and yet You love me beyond reason. I pray to soak in Your presence and Word this weekend. When I am tempted to fill my life with the empty calories of pleasure the world and my flesh want to pursue, please help me Holy Spirit to instead take a deep and long drink of Holy Spirit power, giving me healing and life-giving refreshment. Let’s finish well, Lord Jesus, I am ready to start this day. In Your Name, LORD, That Reigns Supreme. Amen.

Dear Lord Jesus… I lean hard into You today at the start of this week. As I hide under the shadow of Your wings, I quiet all the noise in my mind and wait humbly to hear You speak to me. I lay down my plans and projects and pray for revelation about what truly needs to be the most significant priorities to take care of today.
