Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus… Before the rest of my day continues, I exalt and praise Your Name! Who am I, Lord, that You have bestowed so much favor upon me? I am dust before Your throne, and yet, You know my name and the number of hairs on my head. Today, I lift up those who are facing flood or fire ______ (name the areas in the world that come to your mind). I pray for the Holy Spirit's covering over lives and property. I pray for wisdom for the responders who are battling these elements. Jesus, I proclaim Your Lordship! Amen.

My help comes from the LORD,
Who made heaven and earth.

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus… Today, I worship and honor You. I am so grateful that You reign supreme over every work of the enemy. I am thankful that You shine Your light, even in the darkness of this world. Today, I lift up this burden on my heart that is taking place in my family _______ (name what this might be). I carefully lay this care into Your almighty hands and trust You completely. Holy Spirit, please show me how to battle pray Your Word over my family situation. I know You will fight my battle, and I co-labor with You in Your Most High Name, King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father…Holy is Your name. You are able to meet my every longing, need, and purpose. There isn’t anything You cannot do. I only desire Your will today, and so I pray down the power of Heaven’s rule in these situations _________ (name them) in the Sovereign Name of the Lord Jesus! I surrender all of my preconceptions about how things should turn out. YOU KNOW BEST, and as I trade my plans for Yours, You never fail to go beyond what I could have dreamed up or asked for. I worship You, Lord. Amen.

Dear Lord Jesus...Before I race out the door to face the day’s events, world problems, and family and work issues – just being real here – I pray for Holy Spirit fullness to prevail within me. I pour out all of my thought’s preconceptions for how I think this day should go and ask for You to completely rule and reign over every detail. May I be a testimony of Your lavish love, Your glorious grace, and a conduit of Your Almighty power in everything I say and do. I am so ready! In Your Name Above All Names, Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...At the start of this day, I take this time now in Your presence. I live for Your Holy Spirit overflow and Your voice speaking through Your Word to me. I already know some of the situations and people that I will encounter in the next few days, and I place each of them in Your hands. Right now, I quit trying to control and manipulate Your plans. Here they are, Lord _______ (name them!). I am all Yours and may everything I do and say bring you glory. In the Majestic Name of Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus… I awaken this day in the power of Your might! I am so grateful for the armor you have given me, as found in Ephesians 6. I am never alone, lonely, on my own, or orphaned. I feel Your almighty arms under my every step and the power of the Holy Spirit infilling me. Today, I carefully put on every piece of Your armor: truth, Your righteousness (not mine!), peace, faith, sound thinking, and the power of Your Word. I am ready to bring heaven down! In the Majestic name of King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus… I am so thankful to find my rest in You. While I watch or listen to the news of the world, there is so much frantic activity taking place. Yes, I know that much is going on, but even in all the strife and worry, You are my oasis of calm and peace. Today, I continue to pray for the breakdown of this virus afflicting the nations, and healing for those battling this illness. I pray for all the civil and political unrest. Here are the people in my life who need to know Your saving rest ________ (name them). In Your Superlative Name, I pray, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…I ask for the Holy Spirit’s help to keep my every thought fixed upon You. I pray to be a beacon of hope and light to every person I meet or talk to today. I ask for Your love and power to overwhelm my heart and then overflow to others who may not have the peace I have in You alone. I ask for your protection and covering over my loved ones. And I continue to pray that You will use this time to lead multitudes of people to You, including these in my circle of loved ones _______ (name them) who don’t yet acknowledge You. Dear Lord Jesus… I am so grateful I am hidden in Your Almighty hand. I place my trust entirely in Your protection and provision. I know that no matter what takes place around me, You live within me. I am never alone and what felt comfort that brings me! I am so grateful for all that you have provided for me ________ (take time to name at least five things He has provided for you!). My confidence is in You, and the Holy Spirit is overwhelming my heart. Only You, Lord Jesus, are the eye of any hurricane that I face, and in Your All-Powerful Name, I pray. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…I start this day quieting my heart before You. Lord, my eyes are upon You, and as I wait in Your presence, I pray for a fresh overflow of Holy Spirit joy so that I can bless and encourage those in my home and neighborhood today. Please place on my heart those I should pray and spiritually battle for during this trying time. If I can give anything to someone in need from the bounty You have given me, help me to give this blessing. I am Yours, and I am not afraid because You are near. Dear Lord Jesus… I worship and glorify You ________ (take a few moments to speak words of praise to Him!) I am so grateful that when I feel tempted to worry, You provide me with comfort and encouragement in the Holy Spirit. I thank You for Your Word that continually speaks life into my spirit and revives and restores my soul. Your Word is also teaching me how to pray and battle with more effectiveness. Today, I speak Your Name, Lord Jesus, over those I know who are battling cancer _______ (name them and take your time). Be healed in His name. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus… I start this day knowing that You hold every detail of my life in Your Almighty hands. I know that You will walk with me through all that I face today. I continue to pray for those I know who are struggling in their marriages _______ (name them). And with Your Word as my guide, I rebuke this enemy's lies and strongholds in these couples and individuals in the Sovereign Name of Jesus; be dismantled and destroyed! Dear Lord Jesus…I start this weekend in Your presence. Before the day’s activities, chores, must-do’s, and want-to-do’s begin, I put You first. As I am filled with Your Holy Spirit my heart is drawn to those who are suffering. I lift up these situations and people _______ (take the time to name them and be specific). I declare Holy Spirit comfort, love, and power to be present in each of these circumstances of hurt and pain and I pray expectantly! In the Name of the King of Kings, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus… I am so grateful for the peace and joy that You have filled me with in the power of the Holy Spirit. I am also thankful for Your Word, which speaks life and hope to my life, especially during these difficult days of sickness, weather, and strife. My heart is heavy for these who are struggling to find peace ________ (name them). I pray to be a conduit of Your love to them today and in the coming days. And continually, I join my worship with those around the world that You alone are worthy to be praised and in Your powerful name, Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus… There is so much going on as we stare down the damage of weather patterns and climate in so many areas of the world in Your all-powerful name. Many are experiencing anxiety, loneliness, and uncertainty. Yet, Lord, You have never failed me. When I have called upon You in my darkest hour, You have always come through. I pray for these folks I know are struggling who don’t know Your peace yet _______ (name them). Please show me today how to encourage them and be a blessing that shines Your love. Dear Heavenly Father… My eyes are upon You this morning. Your care and comfort during this difficult time have been so real, rich, and good. However, I know that people are suffering all around, and I bring them before Your throne. I intercede especially for the hospital workers in my hometown ________ (name your nearby facilities). I pray a covering shield of health over their lives. Please give them supernatural strength and endurance today and in the days ahead, and they will know it was You. In the Glorious Name of Jesus. Your report is the only one that matters, and I know I am held safely in Your hands. Dear Heavenly Father… How grateful I am for Your comfort and care. I continue to pray for those who have been so greatly affected by all that our nation is experiencing. Today, I pray for those facing a reduction in income _______ (name them). You are the God who always provides, and if I can be a financial blessing to someone today, please cause me to be generous and give quickly (ponder who you might give to if you can). Dear Lord Jesus… My heart is breaking for all that is going on in the world. However, my eyes are upon You, and I keep my life safely hidden in the shadow of Your Almighty wings. I TRUST YOU! When have you ever failed me? Never! Hasn’t Your Word always lifted me? Yes! When has the Holy Spirit withheld His power, peace, comfort, and joy from me? Not one time! Dear Lord Jesus… As I begin another day in Your presence, I am aware of many who are fearful for their finances, families, health, and future. Lord, in You alone, I find strength. Today, when I hear or read the latest news reports, please help me to be discerning about how much I should take in. Strengthen me as I stand upon Your word, and as You fill me with Your Holy Spirit. I pray especially for those families who have loved ones in hospitals they can’t visit because of the pandemic ______ (name any you know in this situation). I am ready!.
