Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Heavenly Father… How grateful I am for Your comfort and care. I continue to pray for those who have been so greatly affected by all that our nation is experiencing. Today, I pray for those facing a reduction in income _______ (name them). You are the God who always provides, and if I can be a financial blessing to someone today, please cause me to be generous and give quickly (ponder who you might give to if you can). And once again, I won’t give up on this prayer, I tell you, coronavirus, to be demolished in the Name Above All Names, King Jesus.

Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion.
Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers
for all believers everywhere.

Dear Lord Jesus… My heart is breaking for all that is going on in the world. However, my eyes are upon You, and I keep my life safely hidden in the shadow of Your Almighty wings. I TRUST YOU! When have you ever failed me? Never! Hasn’t Your Word always lifted me? Yes! When has the Holy Spirit withheld His power, peace, comfort, and joy from me? Not one time! So as this day starts, I am yours. Help me to stay on the frontlines of prayer and intercession for those in need. In the Magnificent Name of Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus… As I begin another day in Your presence, I am aware of many who are fearful for their finances, families, health, and future. Lord, in You alone, I find strength. Today, when I hear or read the latest news reports, please help me to be discerning about how much I should take in. Strengthen me as I stand upon Your word, and as You fill me with Your Holy Spirit. I pray especially for those families who have loved ones in hospitals they can’t visit because of the pandemic ______ (name any you know in this situation). I am ready!. In the Sovereign Name of Jesus. Amen!

It is the end of the week, and I am thirsty! You have walked with me every step of the way and in every encounter. You have been with me and seen my hits and my misses, and yet You love me beyond reason. I pray to soak in Your presence and Word this weekend. When I am tempted to fill my life with the empty calories of pleasure the world and my flesh want to pursue, please help me Holy Spirit to instead take a deep and long drink of Holy Spirit power, giving me healing and life-giving refreshment. Let’s finish well, Lord Jesus, I am ready to start this day. In Your Name, LORD, That Reigns Supreme. Amen.

Dear Lord Jesus…I start this day of worship with my heart bowed before Your magnificent throne. May everything I do today be centered around You and Your beauty. In this quiet moment, I sense the Holy Spirit filling me to overflowing and I am drawn to Your Word to be strengthened and fortified. I pray in particular for those in my circle of influence that are struggling in their marriages ________ (name them and take time to pray for them specifically as the Spirit leads you). Dear Lord Jesus…It is another new day to live in Your love. As I face the challenges that will come my way – some known and some unknown – I know Your steadfast love will hold me tightly. I cling to Your Word in my life (ask Him for a particular Scripture just for you!), I know that Your Holy Spirit will empower me to see Your strength, direction, and leading. Dear Lord Jesus . . . Today my heart is burdened for those I love who do not yet know Your great love and salvation ____________ (name them). As I declare their names to You now, I choose to walk in the authority You have given me to bind and cancel any spiritual strongholds in their lives _______ (name what you are sensing the Holy Spirit giving to you). I pray that each of these loved ones will come to know You quickly. Please arrange the circumstances of their lives to turn their attention to You. Dear Lord Jesus… I lean hard into You today at the start of this week. As I hide under the shadow of Your wings, I quiet all the noise in my mind and wait humbly to hear You speak to me. I lay down my plans and projects and pray for revelation about what truly needs to be the most significant priorities to take care of today. I ask for the Holy Spirit gift of wisdom to know how best to proceed with everything that comes my way. I will keep my eyes on You alone, Lord Jesus, and in Your Incomparable Name, I pray. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…I want to be ever so sensitive and still to hear Your voice this morning. So much is going on in the world, and millions are searching for meaning and purpose in their lives. I pray to be a blessing to every single person I encounter today. Please speak through me to bring encouragement to those who need it most. And as I encourage others, I know I will be inspired as well. In the Limitless Name of Jesus. Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father…I am so grateful that You go before me and I choose to follow You today as You lead the way. I pray for the Holy Spirit’s help to not run out ahead of you, try to make my own way, or fail to trust You and fall behind. And at the start of this day, I continue to pursue Your felt presence in my life daily, open doors to minister to those around me, and submit my heart, mind, and body to your healing touch. Dear Lord Jesus…I awaken this day with You first and foremost on my mind and in my heart. I pray Your kingdom rule and reign in every situation I face. I am leaving my worries at Your feet and instead pray to be a conduit of Your love. I pray specifically for an open door to speak today to someone about You so that they may be encouraged in your love and be led to You. Yes, Lord! Please open the door! Dear Lord Jesus… With life continually changing, I am so grateful that You are the same. I pray today that You would work through me to reach everyone I meet. No matter what these folks have done or haven’t done, no matter if they have treated me well or been a thorn in my heart and side, please transform me into Your image. Yes, I know that much is going on, but even in all the strife and worry, You are my oasis of calm and peace. Today, I continue to pray for the breakdown of this virus afflicting the nations, and healing for those battling this illness. I pray for all the civil and political unrest. Here are the people in my life who need to know Your saving rest ________ (name them). In Your Superlative Name, I pray, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father… How amazing it is to know that You know my name! The wonder of this continually thrills and fills my heart. Because You love me so much, fear has been erased from my life, and my days are filled with joy in Your presence.
