Psalm 91.png

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Heavenly Father… I take refuge in You this morning. I lean into all Your words in Psalm 91, and I know that I am hidden in the shelter of your wings. You tell me that no plague will enter my home. I am declaring Your truth over my house and all my family. I take authority over you coronavirus and tell you to be destroyed in my nation, in the Almighty Name of Jesus. I pray for many to come to You to find hope, salvation, healing, and the power of Your Holy Spirit in these dark times. Please work through me to be kind, giving, and self-sacrificing so that Your love is on display. I worship and praise you, oh, God! Amen.

“Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;”

Psalm 91:9-10

{May I encourage you to read ALL of Psalm 91 and find strength and how to pray in these difficult times.}

Good morning.png

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus… Today I pray for Holy Spirit overflow. As I surrender my life to you at this moment, I pray to see people like You do. To love people in every area of my life, especially those who are challenging. I am choosing to do a “criticism fast” today! Every time I am tempted to be critical or pass judgement, I am not going to receive these thoughts from my flesh or the enemy! Lord, I look forward to this day. In the Name of the Lord of Love, Jesus. Amen!

Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love,
in honor giving preference to one another;

Be Still.1.png

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus… In the stillness of this moment, before all the craziness of a new day begins, I bask in Your presence. I pray that as I open Your Word, You will speak to my heart a fresh revelation of Yourself. I ask for Your hand upon me in all that I do today and for every member of my family _______ (name them). I pray for Your protective covering over each of us, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I know Lord that You hold us tightly in Your hands. In the Matchless Name of Jesus. Amen!

… In the shadow of His hand He has hidden Me…

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus…I start this weekend in Your presence. I have a ton of people tugging on my day, a multitude of thoughts going through my head, and want-to/must-do list a mile long. But You come first. I surrender my life to You once again. Your plans, not mine. Your interruptions, not mine. Holy Spirit infilling and leading and not my flesh calling the plays. I love You so very much – shine through me today. In the Name that Crushes My Every Foe, Lord Jesus. Amen!

For You are my rock and my fortress;
Therefore, for Your name's sake, Lead me and guide me.

Deep Waters.1.jpg

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus… I need Your help! Father, I will not make it through this day unless I have Your divine intervention. No matter if I face circumstances large or small; people who are kind or just plain not nice; or anything the adversary tries to entangle me in, I need You! So, this moment, I pour out all of my plans for Yours. I lay down any selfishness and pride and clothe myself in Your agape love. May I be a vessel for the Holy Spirit to work through. I am SO ready. In the Superlative Name of King Jesus. Amen!

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you.”

Covered my Head.png

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…I have so much on my plate today! However, in this moment of quiet, I sense Your Holy Spirit overwhelming my life, bringing peace to me from the inside out. As I move from this time in Your presence, I pray for strength to guard my thoughts. I cast those thoughts down that are not from You, but are from my flesh, the world, or the enemy, and I bring them captive to You. Cover me, O Lord. My expectation is from You alone. In the Exquisite Name of Jesus. Amen!

O God the Lord, the strength of my salvation,
You have covered my head in the day of battle.

Wilderness.png

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus… No matter what I face or go through, You are always more than enough.  Your grace in the wilderness is my place of rest, joy, happiness, peace, and contentment. Circumstances no longer have a hold on me as long as I keep my heart hidden in You, my soul feasting upon Your Word, and I walk in Holy Spirit power and not my human weakness. I am so grateful for this brand-new day to live in You. In the Almighty Name of King Jesus. Amen!

Thus says the LORD: “The people who survived the sword Found grace in the wilderness--Israel, when I went to give him rest.

Inheritance.png

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus… I thank You for the start of this amazing new day to see Your wonder all around me. Please open the eyes of my understanding to perceive what is truly happening today in every circumstance. May I have Holy Spirit discernment to make right decisions, be alert for those in need – even if they say they are fine – and for continued healing in my own life. In the Name of the Prince of Peace, Jesus. Amen!

I…do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: ... (that) the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.

Seek First.png

Dear Lord Jesus… This morning, this day, and for the rest of my life, all that I want and desire is You. All that I need is You. In Your fullness, I am made full, whole, and complete, and there is no one that comes close to satisfying my heart as You do. Today, I lay the pieces of my life on Your altar _______ (name what areas of life need His touch) and wait for Holy Spirit fire to fall. I surrender all that I am, all that I have, and all of my plans for You alone. In the Name of the One and Only Jesus. Amen!

Every morning
you’ll hear me at it again.
Every morning

on your altar
and watch for fire to descend.

Lord.png

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus… I start this day with You first and foremost in my mind and heart. I worship at Your footstool this morning with an expectant heart and a surrendered life. I may not understand everything that is taking place around me, so I ask for Your discernment and Holy Spirit leading. I know that I do not battle flesh and blood, but the hosts of darkness in the power of Your name. Please cause Your Word to come alive in my soul that I might battle successfully. I choose to trust You completely, and I am ready to go. In the Name of the One and Only, King Jesus. Amen.

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…At the start of this new week, I pause in Your presence. I am truly learning to accept the incomparable truth that You absolutely delight in me. Flawed and fault ridden as I am, Your full acceptance of me is the rock upon which I stand. I don’t understand it! However, what was once only head-knowledge is seeping into every area of my heart and life because Your Word is true. I sense Your overwhelming love in this moment and as the day’s duties begin, I worship You Lord and King. In the Majestic Name of Jesus. Amen!

He also brought me out into a broad place; He delivered me because He delighted in me.

My Steps.png

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus… As I head into this day with a ton of stuff to do in my workplace, home, school, and community, I lay every burden at Your feet. Really. I exchange the weight my cares for Your yoke of mercy and power, which is as light as a feather. I will make plans, but Holy Spirit You call the plays. I will rest in the knowledge that even interruptions are often orchestrated by You to get my eyes off of myself and onto You or others who need Your touch. So, with a joyful heart, I start this day. In the Name Beyond Compare, King Jesus.

"A man's heart plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps."

Saved.jpg

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus… As I start this day, I stand in Your lavish grace. I receive all that You have done for me. I am pure dust, Lord, without purpose or significance on my own. However, as I place myself in Your amazing grace, You turn my wretchedness into beautiful glory. You turn my mourning into dancing. You have given me a calling and direction. I am a new creation in You! May I extend all you have done for me to everyone I encounter today. In the Name Above All Names, King Jesus. Amen!

. . . we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus…Here we are again! The start of a busy week and the beginning of a brand-new day. In this moment of quiet, I pour out my life before You. Please empty me of my selfishness, self-absorption, and any and everything that keeps me from the fullness of Holy Spirit power, joy, and, most of all, Your limitless love. I pray that Your Word inside of me will continue to speak to me throughout the day, and may I not only be refreshed and revived but bring that same refreshment to many. In the Wonder-Filled Name of Jesus, Amen!

River.png

Morning Moment of Prayer…

It is the end of the week, and I am thirsty! You have walked with me every step of the way and in every encounter. You have been with me and seen my hits and my misses, and yet You love me beyond reason. I pray to soak in Your presence and Word this weekend. When I am tempted to fill my life with the empty calories of pleasure the world and my flesh want to pursue, please help me Holy Spirit to instead take a deep and long drink of Holy Spirit power, giving me healing and life-giving refreshment. Let’s finish well, Lord Jesus, I am ready to start this day. In Your Name, LORD, That Reigns Supreme. Amen.

They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house,
And You give them drink from the river of Your pleasures.

Wings.png

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus… I lean hard into You today. As I hide under the shadow of Your wings, I quiet all the noise in my mind and wait humbly to hear You speak to me. I lay down my plans and projects and pray for revelation about what truly needs to be the most significant priorities to take care of today. I ask for the Holy Spirit gift of wisdom to know how best to proceed with everything that comes my way. I will keep my eyes on You alone, Lord Jesus, and in Your Incomparable Name, I pray. Amen!

He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. Psalm 91:4
